COME SEE ME IN THE GOOD LIGHT
A luminous and unflinching portrait of poet Andrea Gibson, following their journey after receiving a devastating cancer diagnosis. The emotional landscape of Megan, Andrea’s wife and caregiver, unfolds with quiet intensity as she balances her fierce love and the struggle to care for herself. In a moment of grace, Andrea receives hopeful news—and returns to the stage for what may be a final performance. A deeply affecting, unexpectedly joyful meditation on mortality, partnership, and the healing power of art.
The first screening will be followed by a Q&A with director/producer Ryan White, producer Jessica Hargrave, and participant Megan Falley.
All in-person screening venues provide sound amplification headphones upon request with venue management. IFC Center can also provide a T-Coil loop for compatible devices.
