Caballero’s TheyDream is a deeply personal documentary that examines the transformative nature of grief for a close-knit Puerto Rican family. Filmmaker William D. Caballero interweaves animation with live action footage to create a type of intimate confession about the courage it takes to transform pain into art alongside the people we love most.
