Feisty octogenarian Jean Hill, concerned about the environmental impact of our disposable culture, is on a mission to ban the local sale of plastic bottled water, facing off against her nemesis, celebrity publicist-turned-pundit Adriana Cohen, in Kris Kaczor’s humorous film.
