ONE TO ONE: JOHN & YOKO

ONE TO ONE: JOHN & YOKO

Who speaks—or sings—for America? In 1972, John Lennon and Yoko Ono had adopted NYC as their new home base and were busy absorbing the wildly contradictory mores of a fracturing American society, when Lennon gave the only full-length show he would ever play after the breakup of The Beatles, the One to One benefit concert at Madison Square Garden.

The screening will feature an extended introduction from filmmaker Kevin MacDonald.

All in-person screening venues provide sound amplification headphones upon request with venue management. IFC Center can also provide a T-Coil loop for compatible devices.

Accessibility alert for November 14 screening of One to One: John & Yoko: We have been recently informed by Village East Cinemas that the room where this screening takes place is currently only accessible via a short flight of eight stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to ticketing@docnyc.net with any questions.
