The beloved Icelandic band Sigur Rós is artfully and intimately captured by director Vincent Morisset (Arcade Fire’s Miroir Noir). Interweaving archival material from the band’s first ten years with sometimes gossamer-light, sometimes intense, concert footage, Inni is a stirring account of one of the most celebrated and influential rock bands of recent years. The film is preceded by the short film Klippa by Sarah Hopper (5 min), where a team of seamsters gather to press and cut the costumes from the Sigur Rós performance depicted in Inni.

please be advised – strobe lighting and flashing images are used during Sigur Rós’ live concert footage.
